1. Who is responsible
“Indian Mindset” is the name of the public platform and website. The legal name and registered address of the operating entity will be published before the research service begins collecting participant information. For questions about this website or privacy, email support@indianmindset.com.
2. Information handled by this website
- Basic site delivery: The web host may process technical request data such as IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, timestamps, and security events to deliver and protect the site. The host controls its infrastructure logs and retention under its published terms. The hosting provider will be identified here once the production service is confirmed.
- Fonts: Pages request fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to Google’s font servers, which may receive technical connection information. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
- Email you send us: If you choose to email us, we receive the address and message you send. We use it to reply, handle the matter, and keep any record reasonably needed for that purpose or required by law. Your email provider also handles that communication.
The website does not currently offer accounts, response forms, newsletters, or advertising. The optional Google Analytics tag has no measurement ID and is inactive. If enabled later, it will measure page views, selected CTA clicks, contact-link clicks, and 50%/90% page-scroll milestones only after you choose “Allow analytics”. A first-party storage value remembers whether you allow or decline analytics; the tag stays off unless you allow it.
3. Why information is used
Technical request data is handled by the hosting service for delivery, reliability, and security. Email information is used to respond to your request. We do not use this website to infer personal beliefs, build individual profiles, sell personal information, or target advertising.
4. Research participation and consent
The future research service may ask for answers to questions and optional, broad demographic information. Before it collects any such information, it will provide a separate, stand-alone notice that explains the specific data, purposes, retention, recipients, and available choices. Participation will require an affirmative choice where consent is the applicable basis; research consent will not be bundled into general website terms. Optional questions will be identified, and withdrawal and data-request instructions will be provided in the service.
The product is designed to separate account identity from research answers where practical, use the minimum information needed, and publish aggregate findings with safeguards against identifying people in small groups. Research partners and collaborating institutions are intended to receive aggregate outputs, not identifiable participant records or private individual belief profiles. These are product commitments for the planned service, not a statement that those flows are already operating.
5. Cookies and similar technology
This website currently has no analytics or advertising cookies. The Google tag is prepared but has no measurement ID and sends no analytics data. If analytics is enabled, it will load only after an affirmative choice in the consent banner; a persistent footer control will let you change that choice. The consent choice is stored in local browser storage, including a declined choice, so the banner does not keep returning. The hosting provider or an external service may use technology strictly needed for its own delivery or security. This policy and the controls shown on the site will be updated before optional analytics is activated.
6. Service providers and international processing
The site relies on its web host, Google Fonts for typefaces, and the email service used by the contact addresses. These providers may process technical data in countries where they or their infrastructure operate, subject to their own terms and applicable law. We do not authorize them to use email correspondence for Indian Mindset advertising. The production web host and email provider will be identified here once confirmed.
7. Retention and security
We keep email correspondence only as long as reasonably needed to respond and manage the matter, unless a longer period is required to comply with law or resolve a dispute. Technical log retention is controlled by the hosting provider. Optional Google Analytics is not currently configured; if enabled in future, its tag will remain off until a visitor explicitly accepts analytics, and choices can be changed later. The static website does not store research responses or account records. We use reasonable measures appropriate to this informational site, but no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
8. Your choices and privacy requests
You can choose not to email us. Where applicable law gives you rights to access, correct, erase, or object to personal data, withdraw consent, or raise a grievance, you may contact support@indianmindset.com. Include enough detail for us to understand and verify your request; do not email identity documents or sensitive information unless we specifically explain a secure method. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. If information is held only by a hosting or email provider, we may direct you to that provider for its own processing.
9. Children
This website is informational and does not invite children to submit research responses. The planned research service will state its age eligibility and any required parent or guardian permission before participation begins. Please contact us if you believe a child has sent personal information to an Indian Mindset address.
10. Changes and contact
We may revise this policy when the site or service changes. The date at the top will show when it was last updated. General questions: info@indianmindset.com. Privacy and support requests: support@indianmindset.com.
